Well, UFC 108 was certainly a fun card and we spend the first 10 minutes talking about why the card was so entertaining.

After that we break down the rest of the card fight-by-fight.

First up is Rashad Evans vs. Thiago Silva as Evans almost crapped away an easy victory. For the record, WKR has no idea why Thiago didn't finish Rashad off after rocking him.

Next is Dustin Hazelett's horrendous gameplan against Paul Daley. This bout was a classic match-up of grappler vs. striker and this time the striker won. For whatever reason Hazelett decided to stand and trade and it cost him.

From there we break down the rest of the card. Enjoy!

There is a lot of discussion going on in the MMA community right now regarding Hoelzer Reich and WKR decided to reach out to two prominent writers to get their perspective on the story for our 50th episode of Cage Cast.

First we talk to Ryan Harkness from Fightlinker regarding their series of stories and the imagery used by Hoelzer Reich in their apparel designs.

Then we talk to Jim Murphy of The Savage Science regarding the history of Hoelzer Reich and what he feels is the story that everyone is missing.

Enjoy!

For those of you that need instant audio reaction and analysis of The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale WKR has you covered with our latest episode of Cage Cast.

In this episode we recap what turned into a pretty dreadful UFC fight card. There were horrible fights, questionable decisions, controversy and a whole lot of bad MMA. Kind of like this season of TUF...

That is all the written preview you will get as I am tired and need to sleep.

WKR's Cage Cast recaps this season of The Ultimate Fighter. Was the show good? No. So why was it bad? It probably had to do with the bad fights, uninteresting story lines, which there were few, and way too much Kimbo Slice. It didn't help that Rampage vs. Rashad fell through.

We also preview The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale.

WKR's Cage Cast previews UFC 106.

The main event features a rematch between Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin. Will Ortiz's long layoff and recent back surgery help or hurt his chances of defeating Forrest? Everyone is playing sport psychologist with Griffin due to his recent performances but Forrest is still a different fighter from the one who lost a split decision to Ortiz back in the day.

Josh Koscheck and Anthony Johnson will face off in the co-main event. WKR feels that the critical question will be whether Koscheck decides to grapple or box. If Josh favors the former his chances of winning improve. If he favors the ladder than Johnson's chances of victory will improve.

By the way, will Anthony Johnson even make weight?

Phil Baroni and Amir Sadollah are on the pay-per view card, why, we don't really know...

Antonio Rogerio Nogueira and Luis Cane fight in a very important and interesting light heavyweight match.

Finally we talk about Karo Parisyan and Dustin Hazelett.

WKR recaps UFC 105.

The main event fight between Randy Couture and Brandon Vera was marred by controversy. Couture won a close decision but many observers feel that Vera should have won the bout. WKR breaks down each round to see if the judges were right or wrong.

Dan Hardy defeated Mike Swick for the right to fight Georges St. Pierre.

Michael Bisping rebounded from his loss to Dan Henderson to defeat Denis Kang. There are still doubts about Bisping though as he was dropped in the first round.

WKR also breaks down the TUF 9 winners fights.

Finally we talk about the UFC injury news as both Brock Lesnar and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira are out with illnesses.

WKR's latest edition of Cage Cast previews UFC 105: Couture vs. Vera.

UFC 105 is your standard UFC U.K. card as it is loaded with local products and features a questionable main event.

The main event features a light heavyweight bout between Randy Couture and Brandon Vera. WKR is a little confused as to what the UFC gains by Couture winning --maybe a title shot against Machida (which would be a reach to begin with) but due to the recent controversy it looks like Shogun will get a rematch-- not to mention the fact that if Vera pulls the upset it will damage the brand of a very popular fighter.

Next we talk about Mike Swick vs. Dan Hardy. Of course, the conversation instantly devolves into a discussion about who matches up better against Georges St. Pierre, as the winner is expected to fight St. Pierre for the title.

Michael Bisping usually doesn't receive a lot of love from Zak but even he thinks Bisping will beat Kang. Spencer thinks that if Denis Kang takes this fight to the ground he will win.

Finally we talk about the two U.K. TUF 9 winners and their respective fights. The consensus is that we like James Wilks and think he has a lot of upside while we are nowhere near sold on Ross Pearson.

WKR's latest episode of Cage Cast is our official recap of Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Rogers.

Fedor defeated Brett Rogers via knockout but Rogers made the consensus #1 heavyweight look mortal. Did Fedor's mystique suffer or was it reinforced by his performance?

WKR also talks about the entire fight card and what it means for Strikeforce and CBS.

In this episode of Cage Cast Watch Kalib Run previews the Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Rogers fight card.

We begin with the main event. Does Rogers have a snowball chance in hell to defeat Fedor? WKR thinks Brett definitely has a puncher's chance but will that be enough to overcome the consensus #1 ranked heavyweight.

Next is the Jason "Mayhem" Miller Jake Shields middleweight title fight. WKR is puzzled by some of our commentators love of "Mayhem" as we believe that Shields wins this bout easily.

One of Strikeforce's brightest stars, Gegard Mousasi, faces off against a once bright star in Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou. If Mousasi weathers Sokoudjou's early storm he should be able to defeat the former Pride and UFC fighter.

Finally we preview the Fabricio Werdum Antonio Silva fight. Many think that the winner of this bout will face the winner of Rogers vs. Fedor. WKR asks the question of which fighter would Strikeforce prefer to win?

Finally we talk about CBS' efforts in promoting the overall fight card.

Next we talk about the Simpsons' MMA-themed episode. Was it a good piece of satire or did it cross a line for the MMA community?

Dana White certainly thinks it crossed a line but WKR isn't quite so sure.

Then we talk about the Australian reaction to the UFC coming to Sydney in February and MMA fighter Elivs Sinosic's response.

Finally we end with TUF talk and the latest tease of Kimbo coming back</itunes:summary>

Wow!

MMA fans witnessed an action packed WEC interim lightweight title bout between Donald Cerrone and Ben Henderson last night but the judges final decision has been marred in controversy.

WKR discusses that fight and the judging in the critical first round. Should Cerrone have won that round, and by extension the fight, due to his solid submission attempts or was Henderson's takedown and ground-and-pound enough to take the round?

We also talk about the high quality of WEC main events and whether the DirecTV dispute will hurt the ratings on Versus
