He combines broad experience in hands-on project management, civil and structural design work, value analysis facilitation, and delivery of numerous training and development workshops. At the request of Ford Motor Co., Eric consulted with Ford of Europe on their Value Analysis program for in-house and supplier community associates. His consulting and training workshops identified millions of dollars worth of product cost and resulted in savings and functional enhancements. Delegate Ben Cline represents the 24th Legislative District in the Virginia House of Delegates. Ben was elected to the House in a special election in 2002. He was re-elected to a full two-year term in 2003, and again in 2005. He serves on the House Committee on Agriculture, Chesapeake, and Natural Resources, House Committee on Militia, Police, and Public Safety, House Finance Committee, and House Committee on Courts. Ben has also served on the Joint Commission on Health Care since 2003. In June of 2004, Ben was appointed to the Roanoke Valley Higher Education Authority Board and the Board of Directors for the Frontier Culture Museum in Staunton. Ben is currently the President of New Dominion Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm providing marketing and public relations assistance to new technologies seeking to expand their presence in rural Virginia. Ben is a member of the Kerr?s Creek Ruritan Club, the Knights of Columbus, the Lexington Moose Lodge and the Lexington Lion?s Club.
